C4 Fellows practice non-violent communication (NVC) and respects all identities.

Daniel Gonzalez (he/him)​

I am a latinx genderqueer drag and illustration artist and incoming freshman at the University of Arizona with a passion for the betterment of the LGBTQ+ community. As a member of the C4 team I am dedicated to creating a future in which members of the community have resources they need to succeed both academically and holistically. I hope to co-create a bridge between community and campus with the other C4 team members to provide and expand the resources and lives of marginalized peoples in Arizona.

I am currently a senior at the University of Arizona where I study physiology and public health. I serve as the media specialist for the C4 and am very excited to create strong and long-lasting community partnerships that encourage the advancement of marginalized communities within Arizona.

​I am a senior in high school and am a local performance and visual artist, as well as an intersectional activist with a passion for community building and empowerment. I joined C4 because I want to be able to see all my LGBTQ+ community members thrive, and know that we have the ability and resources for everyone to excel. I am dedicated to seeing this happen.

​My name is Isabella, and I serve as the Interim Program Coordinator. I feel strongly about improving equity and social justice for the LGBTQ+ population in Tucson and nationwide. I am currently a Master of Public Health student at the University of Arizona, and I hope to use my position to strengthen the bridge between the University and work being done in the community.

Zoe Baccam (she/her/hers)

​I am the administrative specialist for C4, and I manage the notes and organization of the cooperative. I want to take part in this project because I have a passion for social justice and advocacy. Using my voice and power to directly help marginalized populations is an essential part of being an advocate. I want to see this project grow and be a sustainable source of aid for multiple community partners and LGBTQ+ individuals.
