C4 | Center for Community Campus Connections was designed to create a space for the cultivation of community-campus relationships. C4 strives to provide a platform for elevating the voices of all communities through community-campus outreach, dialog, education, collaboration, and the co-creation of programs that optimize the quality of life for all. Purpose: 
The cultivation of community-campus relationships between MEZCOPH, the LGBTQ+ and the Transgender and Gender Diverse Communities, and promote research and education driven by the LGBTQ+ and Transgender and Gender Diverse communities. 
Goals:
o Foster existing partnerships and collaborations.
o Identify and develop new community partners.
o Develop a model for economic sustainability.
o Develop undergraduate and graduate experiential-learning-courses.

C4 | Fellows

The C4 Team is composed of stakeholders from the UA College of Public Health  and the  greater Tucson LGBTQ+ community.

The C4 Advisory Team is composed of students from the Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health partnering with community-based organizations to assist with strategic planning. 

C4 | Social Co-op

The C4 Social Co-op is an innovative approach to develop economic sustainability for the Center 4 Community Campus Connections and is designed to model the equitable & transparent distribution of resources.
